● Free financial education.

Participation in 12 educational sessions to help you prepare for homeownership and manage money more easily.

● For those who successfully complete the 12 month program and choose to get their financing with United Bank

100% mortgage financing with no private mortgage insurance (PMI).
A closing cost credit for each $1 deposited into a United Bank savings account by the participant during the program up to a maximum of $1,200.
