Live Worcester Now (LWN) is a non-profit organization, created through a collaborative initiative between local private sector businesses, the City of Worcester, Discover Central MA, the REALTOR® Association of Central MA, and MassHousing.

To preserve and promote Worcester as the place to “Live, Work, Play and Stay” with an emphasis on helping low to moderate income households to achieve homeownership.

Live Worcester Now (LWN) further establishes a collaboration between public, nonprofit and private-sector organizations that share a mutual love for the City of Worcester. Through these collaborations, we are able to provide Worcester residents, employees and visitors, access to an abundance of resources and incentives that encourage “Living, Working, Playing and Staying” in our great city.
